The Toowoomba Hospital Foundation is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who are drawn from the general, business, medical and university communities.  The Board Directors give of their time and expertise freely and without remuneration.  

The Board’s primary responsibility is to establish strategic direction, pursue established objectives and monitor business performance.  

Together with the THF team, the Board develops and oversees fundraising projects with an emphasis on raising the awareness of the needs of the hospital and health services.

Vacancies currently exist on our Board, which is responsible for the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation’s activities, policies and strategies.  Board members oversee our operations and affairs on behalf of our supporters, and ensure the expectations of the community are met.
