By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge that the event is organised independently in support of the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation (THF) and is not owned, managed, operated or controlled by THF. I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, property loss or damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume all risks associated with my participation and release, discharge and hold harmless THF, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers and representatives from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or in connection with my attendance or participation in the event.
I agree to indemnify THF against any claim, demand, action or proceeding brought by me or on my behalf arising from my participation in the event, except to the extent caused by THF's own negligence or as otherwise required by law.
By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to this acknowledgement, waiver and indemnity.
