Guidelines of your purchase

We are only able to accept names in memory or recognition, family name or company name to be printed on your tile and all orders will be reviewed before installation.

To ensure the ‘look and feel’ of our Gratitude Wall the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation is unable to accept photos to be printed on your tile.

Tile colours will be chosen by the Foundation to ensure the continuity of our theme with tiles installed on quarterly. You will receive an email from Toowoomba Hospital Foundation upon installation of your tile with a photo of the completed tile.

We acknowledge that your tile will remain in the hospital for the life of our Gratitude Wall.
